Delivery

All orders are shipped using trusted third-party delivery services within the UAE.

A flat delivery fee of AED 20 applies to all orders.

Each order will include a tracking number once shipped.

Returns

Items returned within 14 days of the original shipment date, in new and unused condition, are eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All sale items are considered final and non-refundable.
